How can I be sure that my application has been received?
When you submit an application or send us a general application, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your application has been well received.
How long do I have to wait after submitting my application until I receive a reply?
Hermès will contact you within approximately 3 weeks.
How long will my application be stored for?
Your application will be stored for 2 years from your last login in your Personal account.
How does my general application will be processed?
General applications are logged in our applicants database. This database is checked by our HR teams on a regular basis. If your profile matches a position to be filled, you'll be contacted. We invite you to check regularly for job postings published on our employer website and to apply if you find one that may interest you.
How do I get my profile deleted from your database?
If you no longer wish to appear in our applicant database, please send us your request at the following email address: email@example.com. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that this has been done. We inform you that due to legal requirements, the data you will provide within the frame of an application to a job posting proposed by Hermès of Paris (American company) may not be deleted by the latter for a term of two years as from the date of your application.
How to update my application?
Log in to your Personal account with your login and password in order to update your profile. This update will be directly taken into account in our data base.
Is it possible to apply to Hermès subsidiaries?
The website hermesemployeur.com lets you apply to all job postings published by all Hermès subsidiaries.
How will I be notified when a new job posting corresponding to my research is published?
You can choose to receive job postings that fit your interests by e-mail in the "Opportunities" section by creating a "search agent" (country, type of position, craft). You will then be informed by e-mail as soon as a new opportunity corresponding to your selected criteria is published.
How to decline receiving future e-mail job postings?
If you don't want to receive anymore job posting from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the e-mails that you receive or by contacting us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I change my subscription criteria to all différent job postings?
You can change your subscription criteria in each e-mail informing you of a new opportunity corresponding to your selected criteria.
How do I proceed if I forget my password?
You will receive your password by connecting to your Personal account and clicking on "forget your password?". You will need to enter your name, first name and e-mail address to receive your password.
